"Stuff the Backpack" program was held at Athens #973.  The filled backpacks will be distributed to local children who have a need!

This hog was purchased from a 4-H member by Athens #973 at the Athens County Fair.  The proceeds helped a child of a member realize one of their goals!

A huge group of volunteers from Athens #973 assisted with the very 1st Community Halloween "Trick or Treat" at the Athens County Fairgrounds.  Sponsored by "ATHENS CARES", the crowd was estimated to be between 4,000 and 5,000 people!
